Dark Empires

Dark Empire are empires that are not officially recognized and are often evil, oppressive, destructive, genocidal, tyrant, racist and many types of others villainous action; therefore, they are treated as criminal organizations and not as a real government. To be a Dark Empire, the empire needs to be have a vast and powerful military with malicious intentions.
