Members of and people born in the Cortanian Empire. All Cortanians are descended from Queen Cortania who founded their Empire after she and her followers fled persecution on Eartg. Despite being from another plant, all Cortanians are pure human unless some event causes them to be changed. (i.e Ikari and Chase both being turned into partial humans)
