Cat R. Waul

Cat R. Waul is a villainous feline that hails from the American Tail universe. Affable, cunning and cultured, he is a villain with charm and master plans. Waul has given many tries at eating the mice of the U.S. with his men and schemes. He does this because he believes that chasing them and then eating them is a waste of calories and prefers to have it done the easy way as opposed to the traditional way. After being foiled many times and his sidekick and owner dead, he didn't know what to do until Slade took him in and recruited him as a member of his team. Waul swore his allegiance to him and began working for him ever since.

Waul is put in charge of the reverend at Slade's wedding to Celes since of his high class culture and he preferred to be a highly competent reverend.

He is voiced by John Cleese, who also starred in Monty Python.

Chapter 8: Earth X's Last Stand

Waul is one of the members of Slade's empire that faces off with the Cartel as they work with Calamity, Chip , Dale, Dale Gribble, Hailey Banks, Libby, Scrooge and Spider Gwen to try and get AC, Bender, Harry, Marcy and Slade back. While also taking on Thawne after he reveals himself.

Part 1

At Slade's Manor, Slade is working on something with his allies about his magnum opus that he has attained enough funding to start on thanks to Captain Hook, Snart and Rory who he congrautles with a toast for their work. Hook admits he did a lot of plundering over their time to do while Snart says that the business they took from Horner, they managed to assemble to look well and Rory assisted with his own ideas. Snart and Rory hand samples of their newest ideas to Slade, Anti Comso, Celes, Jesse, Sideshow Bob, Warrior Monkey, Nasela and Cat.R Waul

Anti Cosmo shows a plan of what Slade is intending and hands it to Slade to announce. Cat R Waul and Warrior Monkey are curious what is Slade's magnum opus design. He is rather skeptical of what Slade has in design

Cat R Waul managed to find Anti Cosmo afterwards and he confirms Bender is on his way to Don Eladio's manor to claim as agreed. Sideshow Bob and Cat R Waul debate on if they should find Chinatown and then get to him, Slade says that they must wait before anything can be done. The two decide to visit Celes and Nasela and still how much they remember after dealing with Cate. The two do remember certain details but have totally forgotten their encounter with Cate.

Part 2

Warrior Monkey, Naseala and Cat R Waul are informed that they must be able to go with Jesse to try and look into the China Town scenario despite what Anti Cosmo and Slade said earlier as Neuman is holding on to this and are told to fetch what Nacho had looked into back then and to try to keep anything Neuman could get her hands on. Cat R Waul and Nasesala agree to get their cat and Kilvas goons to go fetching infomation when Warrior Monkey asks Slade what is his particular instruction. Slade feels that the monkey must head to the veterrian down there and get himself closer so he can have his eyes and ears operating which he agrees to.

Jesse considers finally exposing what happened to China Town with no cartel infleunce, Harry says that it must be approved by Bender, Luan and the others as well as Slade and Anti Cosmo. Cat R Waul does ask why does it matter to them with Harry and Jesse explaining that they were there too went it happened and between Slade's group and Bender's group they decide. They decide it might be on their best to see if both sides agree due to the truce with Dib and his friends.

Harry, Jesse, Snart, Rory, Cat Waul and Nassala report their finding to Slade, Anti Cosmo, Celes, Hook and Sideshow Bob in what they had managed to figure out regarding China Town and it's lack of development since. Jessie insists that Slade should reveal what happened down there apart from Putty no one is active in the Cartel after them

Celes asks anyone other than Putty surfacing and this is When Cat R Waul informs her he will be going down there with Snart to find Slade's veterian so they can discover what his eyes and ears say. Slade states that he punched his clock out there on that, Mick though says that no one truly punches out the clock when you get in the game, oblivous that he and Snart have. Leonard has Cat R Waul ready so they make their go trip to China Town to see Caldera

Part 3

Leonard Snart and Mick Rory have arrived with Cat R Waul at Caldera's who is the equilvant of China Town. Caldera is aware that they have came under Slade's instructions and inquires about Waul as he does have other clients. Cat R Waul explains that they are here to ask about any thing that has gone down in China Town. Caldera shakes his head by saying not much as gone down here especially after what happened here a while ago. Snart knows that, Slade, Anti Cosmo and the others informed him and the others on it, but he does ask about the Cartel. Caldera says like he says it's been quiet though Putty has resurfaced working with Zib and Z-9 for a greater power. Mick does note that something defiently went down here by looking in the trash can. Cat R Waul checks it and asks what Caldera was doing. Caldera says he was treating some injuries as a group of kids with a six fingered man came in with injuries and deal with a guy named Dennis who they thought had affilations with the Cartel, but didn't.

Leonard Snart, Mick Rory, Cat R Waul and Caldera call Slade, Anti Cosmo and Harry afterwards. Slade asks if Caldera has anything to report and Caldera says that he has nothing for the most part but does explain that Ford and his friends visited through a visit from the Gen V Supes. Harry is suprised that they went after Ford too as he believes that are mostly their own problem and Neuman has no ties to them. Snart agrees as even though Sid and Scratch did help them with Homelander it wouldn't be enough to justify this.

Cat R Waul adds a theory of his own to this, that Ford coud know what happened down in China Town to Slade and Anti Cosmo. Anti Cosmo dismisses this as he could be running into this blind and Team Free Will doesn't know what happened down here if anyone did say anything it would be Luan. Caldera also did the checks on Cat R Waul and he came out fine. Mick questions why and Caldera says he's an animal doctor after all.

Slade instructs the three to keep looking into Chinatown or to find Bender as well as maybe see what Ford is up to down here. Anti Cosmo does recall that Bender learned from Lydia and Lincoln that Ford was going here on vacation due to some events that shaked them. Harry asks on this and Anti Cosmo says it's just him and Bender than can discuss it. Slade questions why just Bender and AC and Anti Cosmo says he would rather keep at little people as possible involved in this event in case the perpaturor is watching which he could be or worse have ties with Victoria Neuman. Slade and Harry both begrudglingly accept this as do Leonard, Cat R Waul, Caldera and Mick Rory.

Part 4

Cat R Waul is insturcted by Slade to head to Bolsa's ranch with Snart and Rory to help deal with the situation Bender is in with his friends. This he follows, though he has Snart and Rory cover him in case anyone tries to attack him and to help find any possible info on the Shetty Virus.

Part 5

Cat R Waul arrives to help Luan and The Boys with their plan to get rid of The V so they can prevent anything like this form emerging once more. Waul senses someone set up the trap Dale set and it turned out to be Neuman. Waul stands by as Snart and Luan are prepared to deal with her, until he senses dogs and alerts the others. These dogs are rabid and willing to take him apart and other farm animals arrive to go after the heroes as well as Neuman.

Having to declare a truce, he decides to deal with finding Zib who he hears is who unleashed this on them and on Neuman. Waul does have to stall the rabid dogs for his allies so they can find Zib and is aware if he is bitten he will be put through a lot of hell due to rabids. THis is why he brings Dale to help him and Slade's other allies due to having the shots. He still willingly puts himself in danger to do this and eventually they are able to do so and get rid of the Drug Vought was still pushing.

Part 6

He is sololy shown when he and his allies see what Mojo Jojo has in mind and learns that Mojo wants to make a visit to someone he doesn't usually consider.

Part 7

He was seen sleeping on a couch as everyone is having a meeting and he was tired from something he did earlier.

Part 8

Cat R Waul accompanies Leonard and Mick when it comes to the investigation of Tek Manor and Cat R Waul uses his cat like cunning to sneak in as he can bug the manor as Celes froze the cameras. This he manages to do with Leonard Snart who knocks out some of the security which the two manage to discover that Tek Knight is aware of Bender, Anti Cosmo, Slade, Luan, Harry and the others had a hand in what happened to Payback and allowing the first project to run around. The two think it's nuts due to the Cartel being enough trouble to justify this and that Tek and Neuman or at least one of them is out to expose this since Slade's empire and Bender are still trying to deal with Neuman and expose her non lethally.

This he tells Harry later so Slade can tell Bender and Anti Cosmo when he arrives to help at Camp Mastadon.

Part 9

He assists Slade's forces in inflitrating the Manor, and is able to help Slade and Anti Cosmo find a secret way to go investigating with Bender, Lydia and Lincoln as the 5 of them are all dead set to deal with what Neuman is up to, Despite the Reverse UNO card Tek Knight pulled on everyone. He decides to keep an eye on Neuman using his cats as he has good instincts that Neuman being on the run could be trouble, though he is thankful that the empire didn't go through with their action, keeping some of their M.A.D threat under wraps.

Chapter 5

Cat R Waul joins Snart and Hook in others in recovering Slade's contraption from N.Tropy's forces and make a discovery that it was already used which has him and the group go to warn Slade of this and this ends being all too of a much coincidence as it was the very place of where the group is going.

Chapter 6

He doesn't parttake in the operations of Ucrumuu and is last seen as they discuss the success of using their contraption for good when it comes to the resources they have.

Book 3: Culmination

Cat R Waul overhears of Slade's terminal illness and puts the last will and testament his employer has him do and he can trust the cat to the task which he does. Before he and his Cat men end up fighting off the forces of Z9 who tries to attack him and the others when Slade is stuck in Amphibia due to the actions of King Andrias and his true agenda. He follows Hook on the ship and then picks them all up to prepare for the final battle.
