Carter has caused ruins of Peter Griffin's lives and he enjoys it. Although he has a good heart, but more jackass.
Carter joins Charles Lee as his fourth in Command, although, Carter is one of the non villainous who joins villains teams.

Carter debuted as one of the main members of the Templar Orders.
Haytham, White Star, Dante, and Captain Hook goes to the mansion in Boston and meets Carter Pewterschmidt, who was pissed because a thief stole his money. Haytham will find the thief and bring the money back to Carter. Though White Star got a feeling that this thief can be dangerous.

Carter Pewterschmidt died from a weakened heart. He temporarily went into a coma from an episode during a lap dance that Peter and his friends shown him. But this time, his heavy greed and his poor replacement resulted in his final demise just before the Quahog raid. Which kind of made sense since he was being crushed down by loads of heavy coins at the Greed ring in Hell. Luckily he'll never know of what would become of his grandkids since they're currently being raised by his wife, Barbara.
