Carlos Vallerte is a character from Power Rangers Turbo, Power Rangers In Space, and Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
He is portrayed by Roger Velasco.
Carlos was a beginner soccer player on the team that was coached by Adam Park, the then-Green Turbo Ranger at the time. He was proud player and hot-tempered. When the veteran Rangers decided to move on, Adam chose Carlos to succeed him. When the Power Chamber was destroyed by Divatox, the three other current Turbo Rangers went into space, powerless, but ready to save Zordon. He and the others were given new morphers by Andros, therefor becoming the Space Rangers.
Carlos serves as the Green Turbo Ranger (II) and the Black Space Ranger.
