 
Carl is a small cockroach who somehow came to the future. He was locked up by Marceline's Dad, But he was recused by Darkwing and Launchpad and joined the team against MD and Darkwarrior Duck

Carl made his first and possibly only appearance in the Ultimate Story 3 spinoff. He is still enemies to Yin and Yang but would have a tendency to help them out a few times. He is shown to be more of support character to them than the citizens of their world. Very often, he would partake in a running gag with Veager in which everytime Yin, Yang, Jak or anyone would mention how he would tend to be more evil than Carl, he would show up and attack Veager in a fit of rage. It wouldn't matter if he was an ear shot away upon them mentioning it, he would show up from out of nowhere and attack him, with which Yin, Yang, Jak and their friends would always find amusing and entertaining. Because of this, Veager had always dreaded being told that in fear of the cockroach wizard attacking him.
