Kuro is the evil captain of the Black Cat Pirates from the One Piece universe. He cleverly faked his own death and served as Kaya's butler, under the alias Klahadore. He planned to kill Kaya and steal her fortune.

Kuro debuts in this story as one of them members of Moriarty's team, a short team.
After failing to kill Kratos' group, James Moriarty killed Kuro.
