Buzz is a devious Buzzard who serves the clown Joker and like the others and was one of thos pasties. He helped Joker do all kinds of devious acts on the multiuniverse he was foiled by the heroes and then Bender killed the buzzard alongside many of Joker's followers to make sure his archenemy doesn't have his troops avenge him
