
Brigadier General Jack D. Ripper is the main antagonist of the 1964 black comedy film Dr. Strangelove (or how I learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb). He was Captain Mandrake's supervisor and the Strategic Air Command General who blamed the Russians for contaminating his "precious bodily fluids" and ruining his sexual performance and was convinced they were planning a sneak attack.
He was portrayed by the late Sterling Hayden.

Chapter 2: Past, Present and Future Unite[]
He joins Solider Bot and Payback 2.0 in a way to keep the country safe from the heroes who he considers are colluding with the enemies and sees the lockdown with Rourke and Elling to have them captured.
Spider Noir has infiltrated Solider Boy's hideout and he ends up spying on Solider Boy and the rest of his goons, apart from Sharon Carter in regards to what they are up to. He gets the rest of the army to go after the heroes respectfully as they are heading to Noir's makeshift hideout. He can't help but respect the conviction of the group in turn.
Wade, Hartman and Ripper bring in more men to Solider Boy as he intends to get some help and hired gunners to help in his plans.
Jack Ripper sees what Hartman is putting Steve through with Jack, he has to admit he's impressed with Captain America and his resistance. He considers Steve a true solider at heart despite the conditions and that's it shame that he is against them. This gives Simon Bar and Solider Boy an idea in turn
Realizing that they need to go for the gusto upon talking with Hartman, they get Simon Bar Sinister and use the Ludovico Techinque on him to indoctrinate him.
He is eventually taken down by the heroes who basically take him by suprise and detain him, As a result he ends up court marshalled and imprisoned.
Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
He is cleared of his charges with the others thanks to Sharon's connections
SB and his allies decide to proceed to the next part and free the 2 super soldiers to use in their plans. which is a false flag operation
Ripper makes sure Simon gets the approval he needs for his work. He also tips off the others about where Larke and the others are going intent to stop them.
He takes on the M.O.D.A.B Crew like his other allies multiple times, as a determinator he doesn't let up and does whatever he can to deal with Dib and the others as well as McBragg, Even as all the other soldiers are being detained.
Ripper continues to do whatever he can to stop them, from returning though he is eventually killed by the heroes.
