The Blue Falcon is a heroic costumed crimefighter.
He later became a member of the Scooby Doobies in the Laff-a-Lympics. He created the robotic dog Dynomutt to assist him as his "Dog Wonder", who is also a member of the Scooby Doobies.

Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
Blue Falcon and Dynomutt are revealed to be part of Larke Tanner's cabinet as Superheroes working on her payroll
Blue Falcon came into their service after the first president she served was dead and joined up to help deal with the fallout. He states that he has been keeping contact with Team Free Will at least what's left of it, as the event that did the president also did in a good deal of the heroes too.
As it's not safe to do anything where they are, the group on Larke's ideas decide to head to the northern multiverse. Blue Falcon decides to take the gang to his base as he and Larke feel that they need to use a base not in assess by anyone in the northern multiverse
When Solider Boy's men ambush them, he and the others take on his soldiers to prevent themselves from being brought in
He welcomes the others to their base and Blue Falcon keeps the others there as he explains what they're going to do. However with Sharon and the other Soldiers arrive, Blue Falcon calls for some help with Dynomutt and Birdman
Felicity and the Hanna Barbera Heroes manage to make a contact to the other Hanna Barbara Heroes They manage to find them and contact them and they get the help that the heroes called. Blue Falcon takes charges of the heroes and leads them to help be back up for the other heroes on the behalf of Cecil.
He hears that Dynomutt has found Lizbeth and they are told that his allies would be helping soon enough and that once the air clears, they can get back to all this. Blue Falcon and Birdman manage to insure the charges are resolved and he with his fellow Hanna Barbera heroes leave to do more work for the greater good.
Chapter 4[]
Upon hearing of Betty's warning of upcoming alien invaders, Blue Falcon gets a hold of Birdman to help out with this fight and he thinks on getting the kids involved. Larke Tanner and Starlight have Cecil and the parents get involved. Blue Falcon is relieved that they can help and they need the help against the invaders. Blue Falcon puts a real effort to deal with them, though he finds himself overwhelmed by the unknown. Blue Falcon is still determined to keep the innocent safe as well as his friends despite this.
Blue Falcon and the other heroes debate what to do respectfully in this situation, though hesitant he agrees to have the kids sent to Japan to work with Ren and his main Phantom Thieves, He then also decides to send Dynomutt to keep the group company for him and his fellow supes.
Chapter 6: The Arrival of Earth X[]
After being thawed out of the carbonite by Dynomutt, he rests before he emerges once again to deal with Dark Arrow. With the other heroes, he is told of what happened with some of the main characters and decided to work on a way to get them back.
Blue Falcon and DynoMutt works with Cavendish and Dakota who they meet to try and get them back respectfully. As they work on the time travel wormhole themselves, Blue Falcon investigate Dark Arrow behind Dakota and Cavendish to learn of their history to inform the others on this.
Eventually he and the others are stormed by Dark Arrow's men to capture him, to insure that they can get their work done, Blue Falcon takes on the New Reich with the others to insure Hughie and Cavendish can continue their work. It works until Over Girl got involved and knocks them all out.
In Prison, Blue Falcon learns that are to be used to die and Tawna was brought in to try and turn her due to have some quaflications for them. Working with Jack, Dynomutt and Tech they make a plan to try and escape from the prison. Tawna uses a secret cover to help them with their plan and the 5 then make this happen and they escape from the jail, Blue Falcon managed to see Felciity Smoak was arrested too and he with Dynomutt rescue her and get her to safety.
He also realizes that Dark Arrow still had the stuff they have on them and was burned by them. The Heroes escape from the New Reich and discover The Tesseract which Dakota and Cavendish explain to him what the Infinity Stones are as well as the stones being shattered at some point as Larke told him.
He and the rest of the heroes regroup with the A Group and they take on the rest of the New Reich and manage to force a retreat for them at the moment. He and Dynomutt afterwards visit Felciity and check up on her.
Chapter 7: X Marks the Spot[]
Blue Falcon is among the heroes who join the team to head into space to get the Reality Stone to keep it from getting into Dark Arrow and The New Reinkmen's hands. Through their tribulations, they suceed at this.
Chapter 8: Earth X's Last Stand[]
Blue Falcon and some of the others decide to let Eliza and the others deal with The Dark Arrow and his allies respectively. That being said, they still do some investigating and discover the Infinity Stones energy flow in Felicity and learns how it all happened from her. Knowing what they must do, they work to protect her from the New Resinschmen. Despite their efforts they fail and she is taken from them intend to harness what lies in her.
Infroming Eliza and her friends about all this, they decide to go save Felicity, and Blue Falcon joins Steve, Peggy and the others to keep the New Reinschmen at bay. After Dark Arrow's defeat, he and the others destory the Duplicate Infinity Shards respectively.
