Blue (Jurassic World)

Blue is InGen created clone of the dinosaur species Velociraptor that's genome was modified by Henry Wu, and was kept in a pack of other modified raptors lead / owned by Owen Grady before the Indominus Rex killed off the pack excluding her and Owen. Blue was modified by adding new species to the InGen Velociraptor genome with these animals being Black-Throated Monitor Lizard and other species. Blue was very much different from other raptors, as she could take human commands (from trusted people) and was also merciful as she would try to comfort or aid sad or upset people or creatures. Blue is extremely fast, as she can be seen being able to keep up with and even out running a speeding motorcycle. Blue is highly intelligent, being able to solve complex issues or puzzles although she can still be tricked or caught by surprise. Blue had various natural weaponry for her use such as her two large Toe Claws, Normal Claws, Teeth, Strong Bite, and her Powerful Tail. Blue is extremely agile, being able to avoid or dodge attacks from other dinosaurs. Blue is a pack animal, and will try to challenge another Raptor Alpha to become a leader of a Raptor Pack if she can. Blue's DNA was almost used to created a superior version of the Indoraptor, but she escaped and was able to help Owen kill the Indoraptor prototype. Owen wanted to put Blue in a cage and bring her home or somewhere safe with him, but she decided to be free and left her past alpha and ran into a forest before finding a suburb and calling for other raptors. Blue's current location is unknown as of writing this, Blue is also the last member of the Raptor Squad after her sisters Echo, Charlie, and Delta were killed by the Indominus Rex.

Creation[]

Blue was created by Henry Wu to improve the InGen raptor genome, and to make or find away to control Velociraptor clones and put them for display in Jurassic World. Created with a new raptor genome with the added genes of a Black-Throated Monitor Lizard and other species, and put in Project I.B.R.I.S for study. Studied with her sisters to understand InGen Velociraptor behavior and aggression, for both military use and to find a way to display them for profit. Unlike past InGen Raptors which were highly aggressive and uncontrollable, Blue was more intelligent and was able to follow commands making Wu to want to add her DNA to begin perfecting the Indoraptor genome before he was forced to abandoned it. Blue was also able to bond better than other raptors, as she was able to deny the Indominus and had her sisters help her fight the Indominus after denying its order to kill Owen and his group. Blue is also the last living raptor on Nublar and the world (besides the ones Wu could create), as all other raptors live in or on Isla Sorna.
