Blotch is a hand and rod puppet from Kermit's Swamp Years. He is a bullfrog who goes to Wilson's pet store with Goggles. Blotch served as the secondary antagonist of the film, but he was later redeemed and became friends with young Kermit, Goggles, Croaker, and Pilgrim.
