Blisstina "Bliss" Francesca Francia Mariam Alicia Utonium is the older half sister of the Powerpuff Girls and the first known living creation of Professor Utonium, appearing in the 2016 reboot of the series. She debuted in Power of Four as the fourth Powerpuff Girl.

The birth of Bliss was interestingly enough, years before the creations of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, with her age being at least an 8 year stretch, with her being a teenager and them being only 5 years old. Her creation happened when Professor Utonium got into a science-off with rival scientist, Professor Plutonium, who had just created the Perfect Little Boy, solely out of artificial ingredients. Utonium attempted to do the same thing, with the only difference being the gender. He added sugar, spice, and everything nice into his concoction, but in the process, accidentally added in Chemical W, giving his creation superpowers. Thus, The Powerpuff Girl was born, which he titled "Blisstina Francesca Francia Mariam Alicia Utonium", or "Bliss" for short. Professor Utonium loved Bliss and raised her the same way he'd raised his three future girls, but it was only a matter of time, before Bliss' powers started coming into play and proving their danger. Professor Utonium started to realize that whenever Bliss got excited, enraged, terrified, or upset, her feelings would mix with her powers and as her emotions ran wild, so would her superhuman abilities. Bliss would blast holes in the walls of the house and endanger the well being of her professor and everyone else around her. The final straw was when she blew up the entire house, freaking out over The Professor taking too long with getting her milk for her. She was shocked and ashamed with what she did and fled the scene, going to a deserted island, where she'd spend her days, trying to become a better person. In her absence, Professor Utonium had no idea where she went but didn't bother trying to find her again. He decided that the past was in the past and he had to forget about Bliss and try again with making new super powered girls. When he did, he decided to shelter them from any information about their previous sister, and let them enjoy the fact that they were perfectly functional creations, just like he always wanted them to be.
Appearance[]
Blisstina has dark skin, a purple dress, and purple eyes similar to Bunny. Unlike the other Powerpuff girls, she is a teenager, having much wider hips and longer legs. Blisstina has long neon light blue hair, with brighter blue highlights, with a darker blue outline. She wears a pastel blue headband with a pink heart adorn upon it.
Personality[]
Bliss is the same delightful bundle of joy as the other three girls. However, she doesn't quite meet the same standards of the "perfect little girl". Bliss has emotional instability, where if she feels to strongly about something, whether it be positive or negative, she will lose control of her feelings and powers and cause harm and destruction to people and things around her. Deep down, Bliss is a nice girl and she finds herself rather horrified with who she becomes in this melodramatic state, and she tries her darnedest to avoid it. With the help of her younger sisters, however, she is able to do just that and become the crime-fighting hero she's always dreamed of being.
Return of The Weirdmageddon Cult[]
Bliss is contacted by Lydia and Castiel to join up with them to combat Toffee and Bill Cipher who have returned and their newly formed cult.
Chapter 1[]
Rick did manage to get his hands on Blssina, Filmore, Dawn, Jin, James Rogers, Shark Boy, Qui Gon, May, Lava Girl and Louise. Rick mentions how they seem like a tag of misfits but somehow get the job done which was why Cas vouched for them as Castiel required Rick to do so. Castiel greets his others friends and decides to infrom of what Rick and Ford told him.
Chapter 2[]
Ford and Qui Gon come back with Craft, Jin, Shark Boy and Lava Girl with the first location found, Qui Gon gives the info to Rick, Filmore and Doc Brown while the others report to the rest of the team and that Toffee's cult is already on to them their plan as Shark Boy and Lava Girl having encountered a grass knight while Craft and Jin eccounterd Pinstripe, who was equipped with a wierd but dangerous weapon and tried to shoot them and he has back up with teenage hoodlums and a bald guy. Blissina realizes that the Gang Green Gang and Silco must have joined up with Toffee upon realizing their descriptions
Castiel wondering what is taking the six of them so long decides to go after him through Blissina points out that there is a 2nd symbol here and Doc identifies it as the Liama symbol and Filmore thinks that the rest of the team should go looking for it and questions why Ford asked them to stay. Crowley liking the idea decides to ask Doc where to go for it.
Castiel, Blissina, Filmore, Craft, Crowley, Dawn, Doc, James Rogers, Jin, Shark Boy, Lava Girl ,Louise Beltcher, May, Qui Gon, Ronnie Anne and Sid Chang all take a lead to grasslands as that is the most likely place to find it with May and Dawn leading the way using one of their Pokemon to guide the way for any one else who will come. Craft, Blissina, Doc, Jin, Qui Gon, Shark Boy and Lava Girl are keeping guard of the others as Castiel and Crowley are busy with something else and this is when Craft starts pratciing firing his guns and this is when Promethus arrives and shot no less by Craft. Where he, Pinstripe and I-ROK show up with an army against them. The group gets ready to fight though Qui Gon and Doc both realize that the others might be defenseless with this distraction. Blissina states that Crowley and Cas may have their back while leading the group with Lava Girl and Jin with Shark Boy wondering what the two are even doing.
Chapter 3[]
Blissina joins Cleo in her shopping and they have a fun time, but she get concerned for Amanda who is taking her work too seriously and this turns into an disagreement between Cleo and Amanda which Blissina tries to halt and only succeeds when directing their attention to Lord Dominator and her mooks which the girls work together to take care despite their big numbers
Chapter 4[]
Rick decides to check up on Blissina, Louise, Craft, James Rogers, Shark Boy and Lava Girl on how getting a track on Sid Chang is going. James Rogers and Shark Boy have her scent and tell Rick that she's in a Disney universe which suprises Craft and Blissina how they know that, which Shark Boy states he's a shark he gets senses of people. Rick points out that you shark hybrids are weird and that he will look into the universes to find out what could be the best place to get a true contact to the K Pop obessed kid. A Few Minutes later, Rick tells them they must head to Amphibia have acquiried their next symbol, which Lava Girl and Shark Boy ask what is and Louise states it's a shooting star, so basically they're in the right area. Louise then pushes Shark Boy and James out of the way and helps Rick in discovering a wormhole to go to Amphibia. Blissina calms Louise down and Rick thinks she a bit to escastic
Amanda lands with Blissilina and they land on the moon and they agree to get a contact back to the ship by going through the craters taking advantage of the gravity to go higher in the air and find rocky enemies after them which Amanda just rips apart and Blissina attacks enough creature that goes after them and throws spiked shells at him. They nearly reach an dead end when Amanda just shatters it with a punch and as the two head to a castle nearby, Amanda is singlehandily just taking out them out with her strength and swordswoman skill where Blissina crashes the castle.
Sasha and Grime who Toffee sent after them ambush Blissina and she fights them 2 on 1 which consists of Grime causing shockwaves by dropping a hammer on the ground and smashing brick spheres att her and starts blocking her punches for Sasha to ambush her. Blissina does catch on and throws Sasha at Grime. Sasha sets fire bombs around the area to incinerate Blissina which she does evade with her ability to fly and Grime sets more Spiky shells which Blissina can't punch through do she just flies to get closer to the two, Sasha tries to slash her, which she grabs and uses it on Grime.
Grime continues his flaming spiked shells assault and Sasha decides to use the oppoortunity to just grab Blissina for her to take the hit relaizing her mistakes. Grime prepares to abduct Blissina but that's when Amanda bursts in and Sasha charges at her which Amanda does away easy by shattering her blade with her own and then Grime in anger goes after Amanda who use her titantium arm bands to deflect them and kicks him in the foot and tosses him at Sasha. She asks if Blissina is okay and she is and they head back to Louise and Doc.
Chapter 5[]
Lydia, Lincolin, Ford, Amanda, Cleo, Castiel, Rick, Crowley, Blissina, Shark Boy, Lava Girl, Ronnie Anne, Louise, May, Dawn, Doc and James Rogers Arrive at Newtopia. Ford and Rick lecture the group about Amphibia and that this is a new land to all them and to be extra careful.
Blisslina is following Grodd who she decided to track among the cultist members and sees Grodd terrioize the university and swacking away newts while mind controlling other ones when Grodd gets distracted by slingshots which is coming from Sprig and Blissina saves Sprig from being nearly squished and asks him what does he intend to accomplish with that. Sprig wants to stop the big monkey from wrecking a place he could been going in a few years. Blissina tells him to let her deal with the monkey. Grodd and Blissina fights throughout the university with Sprig saving the newts from the monkey and getting them to safety as he is quick to notice the newy army coming to get the citziens as Spirg leads them to free dom.
Blissina observes and cracks a smile at the frog's bravery and decides to help Sprig save more newts from Grodd and Grodd decides to just leave and go after someone else. Sprig asks Blissina to take him to find Anne. Crowley then pretty much dipsoses the pandora and destorys it with Louise and Blissina after being informed of it from the others
Chapter 6[]
Lydia, Lincolin, Ford, Cleo, Amanda, Rick, Cas, Crowley, Luz, Anne, Cricket Green, Blissina, Dawn, Ronnie Anne, Sid Chang, King, Eda, Sprig all wake up after their night.
Crowley shows up with stolen stuff from Newtopia and he tells Dawn, Sprig, Cricket, Blissina, Lydia, Lincoln and Luz to start getting armed. Dawn asks Crowley why, Crowley tells Dawn that they must be prepared for all possibilties and that a king must be ready, Sprig and Cricket both seem to agree with Crowley's kelptomania and take sone. Blissina shakes her head in disappointment. As they all leave for the pirate ship leaving to Lydia, Lincoln and Luz
Castiel and Amanda are doing some research on mermaids fo Mako Island trying to figure out more about Emma, Cleo and Rikki's Mako Mermaids status. Amanda was a bit worried for Cleo admttingly and noticed her more bitter attiuitde and feared she would pick a fight with her and realized it came from Toffee abducting Emma and Rikki as they were her best friends. Castiel shows Amanda that he has found more about the nation itself and that Mako Island is were the transformations take place and that it might be the best place to use the cure.
Amanda agrees with Castiel and asks him that it does seem supscious that they havn't seen the weirdmageon Cult around. Amanda feels even more suspcious that Toffee would know Cleo's home considering the abduction. Castiel thinks that Toffee is baiting the heroes into a false sense of security. Sprig and Blissina both come to the duo with all their stuff, Sprig got a lot of free things because people were freaked that he was a talking frog, Blissina points to him that frogs don't belong to Austrailla this is unlike their natural habiat. Sprig has been lost by that comment
Upon the trip to Mako Island Cleo decides she wants to swim there and jumps into the water with Dawn and Blissina deciding to fly where Castiel and Crowley decide to teleport themselves here. leaving Lydia, Lincoln, Rick, Ronnie Anne, Amanda, Lewis, Luz, Anne, Cricket, Sprig, Eda, King, Sid and Louise are on that sail boat
Upon the trip to Mako Island Cleo decides she wants to swim there and jumps into the water with Dawn and Blissina deciding to fly where Castiel and Crowley decide to teleport themselves here. leaving Lydia, Lincolnd, Rick, Ronnie Anne, Amanda, Lewis, Luz, Anne, Cricket, Sprig, Eda, King, Sid and Louise are on that sail boat .Cleo, Lewis, Eda and Ford all mix the chemicals and use all the ingredients to make some quality fish fever cure. Dawn uses her pokemon and Blissina uses her heat vision to heat it up and then Crowley and Amanda both take the potion and poor it into a spray bottle, Crowley quips it's like spraying a cat, Amanda sprays Crowley with water out of a spray bottle to get him to stop. Cleo, Ford and Eda then take the spray bottles and thus cure the other 2 properly.
Chapter 7[]
Blissina tracks Lalo Salamanca and Genneral Immortus and Blissina fights through Immortus's robots and Lalo just has Immortus go and do the job has he needs to find the Gang Green Gang as he fears that Toffee has found out his treachery. Genneral Immortus builds more robots to atack Blissina who unheistatntly rips through them and then having riping through 200 robots, Immortus escaped to find Toffee and Ushari
Rick takes Sprig, Blissina and Louise and decides to find a new locale for their next move as he searches the multiverse for a ideal plan. Louise asks Rick what it's his plan and Rick states that they are still a few zodiacs short and that he has a good idea where to go.
Rick, Sprig, Blissina and Louise have managed to find the next locale in Gravity Falls. Rick indicates that this pretty much in the world Ford resides in and that they may have a better edge this time. Louise argues what edge, Rick states that despite everything it feels like their standoff with The Weirdmageon Cult is rather even handed up to this point. Blissina agrees that despite everything the villains did, they have managd to keep up. Sprig adds that they helped before meeting the group so that's spot on,
Ford assigns Castiel, Crowley, Ronnie Anne, Sprig, Louise and Blissina to go find the zoidac with the 6 fingers, which may be on a hidden jounral due to him being the one who wrote the jounrals. Ronnie Anne remembers that the journal was left in the forest and in a tree and that the tree it's in with a distinct sound. Louise questions Ronnie on how would a tree sound different, Crowley states that anything can sounds weird in this world and he takes out a crow bar and states it's about how trees feel plain. Castiel and Blissina roll their eyes to Crowley's comments as Ronnie Anne and Crowley go ahead.
They feel that something is watching them in the forest with Sprig and Blissina both in particular are supscious as Crowley is basically just smacking trees with a crowbar as they walk through the forest. Castiel, Ronnie Anne and Louise are all pretty much knocking on wood literally as they search for a different sound. Sprig and Blissina basically state why does Crowley have to just smack trees instead of just feeling them why the other 3 do. Crowley justifies himself that he doesn't like to get his hands dirty and that it's better that way
Sprig, Ronnie Anne, Blissina, Castiel and Crowley continue their search for the tree when Crowley smacks a tree with a distinct sound which Castiel, Ronnie Anne and Louise notice and ask Crowley that he may have found the tree. Crowley smacks it again and this refirms their point. Louise and Castiel open up the tree and they find an electronic device that looks very old and has one of its two wires severed. Louise fiddles with some switches, a trapdoor opens up in the ground, and they find a mysterious journal.
Ronnie Anne tells the others that this must be the journal Ford was reffering to and even shows them the 6 fingers on them. Sprig and Blissina agree with this, Sprig asks how they can even get that as a zodiac when it's stuck to the book, Blissina admits he has a point as it's just a mark. Castiel reassures them that Ford has a plan to do so.
Ford said that he let Lydia reward herself for a job well done and she took Lincoln with her.Ronnie Anne and Luz both think Lydia is doing that for some alone time with him, Blissina and Ford are both confused what they really mean. Anne calls Ford dense and he can't see what's happening between them.
Chapter 8[]
Blissina joins Ford in heading to Mewni as a result of Ford and Rick managing to fix the interdeminsional portal. Questioning her new world and then being told about it, Bliss is questoning exactly if Star is really her universe's hero or villain. Bliss sees the castle and files up to it with the intent of getng some clues on where to get the Final Zodiac
Blissina join with Louise and Dawn in checking out some allies of Mewni, She manages to discover the underworld by accident due to Louise's complains and has a realization. Dawn and Louise ask what she has in mind and Bliss explains that the underworld is where the damned go or at least souls go and that may be their clue as she heads with Louise and Dawn to tell Ford. The three of them lead the others to the Underworld with the intention to secure the final zodiac and after being crossed with Cleopatra and then the forces of Toffee. Blissina helps her friends with the former and fends off her better than most though she finds her outsmarted by Cleopatra who Blissina realizes is smarter than they thought. Blissina and the others find out about Weirdmagedon being underway and unfortauntly she was petrified alongside Louise and Dawn.
Chapter 10 (Last Chapter)[]
She is unpetrified in the custody of Mojo Jojo, Bender, Luan, Anti Cosmo and Slade and they explain the situation to her. Blissina feels content calls up Team Free Will and that she's going back to Townsville and Mojo takes her back before meeting back with Slade.

Chapter 3[]
Bliss is at the Utonium Household and ends up meeting with Dib, Bubbles, Blossom, Boomer, MIlo and Nina who arrived. Bliss asks about Buttercup and Blossom tells her that She went with Starfire to investigate something.
Bliss taking what heard from Blossom decides to tell the group what happened. Boomer asks about Bliss about the event that turned him and the others into petrifying statues and the hibernations sickness that came along. He learns that she herself was affected by this. Though she knew who was the cause as she was facing this threat
Curious, Blossom asks and Bliss reveals it was Toffee, who Blossom states she was looking into at the cofusion of the others. Boomer asks about Toffee and Bliss tells Boomer and co about their encounter with Toffee and his cult and that she worked with her friends and team to take down Toffee. Dib asks what team and Bliss states that a Team under the Angel of Thursday who gave his live, while she was being unpetrified by her friend Marcy Wu
Boomer asks About Marcy and her importance and learns that she was who reptrfied her and with the help of Multiversal P.I Anglesmith, his partner in crime, Mojo Jojo, A Masked Man and a blue skined brit. Boomer and the Girls question how Mojo Jojo did so and Bliss reveals he was helping stop Toffee, which surpises them.
As Bliss goes on Marcy working on vaccines, this is when Nina and Boomer realize that's why there were vaccines in the mail box. Bliss confirms this to them and asks why they're asking. Boomer and the others tell Bliss about Lizbeth's dissapearance and who they checked out
She refers it to Weirdmagedon which is what Bender refered to as well which caught the attention to Milo as that's what he called it too.
Finale[]
Bliss similar to Hunson gives a speech about the event of the Weirdmagedon Blip. Bliss states that for all their effort, the multverse has suffered societal collapse in many areas and the damage won't be fully healed.
Blissina extends her sorrows to everyone who lost their live. Bliss adds that she was lucky to be saved during the whole invasion of Toffee at the hands of a maniacal monkey, a sliver bodied P.I, A Girl with squirrel teeth , An Blue monocoling wearing brit and an orange masked man while they provided vaccines for the multiverse to keep them safe with her team. Bliss states that with the P.I Around and others, they can have at least a chance of repairing some of the damages
As Luan, Anti Cosmo and Bender all leave to go to Luci's inferno, Bliss puts 2 and 2 together that Bender is Multiversal Detective Anglesmith.
Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 4[]
Bliss is called by Mojo Jojo as the team heads to Townsvile and is told of the situation regarding The Smoking Man and what they all been up to. Bliss tells Mojo she's hanging with her sisters and that that group of M.O.D.A.B is there too like in they are hiding or trying to deal with all this chaos in Townsvile. Mojo wants her help with all this, and decides to go find her as they're on their way to Townsvile
Bliss isn't convinced at least first, but is found by Black Star, Mojo and Death The Kid as she is fighting monsters send by The Sales Man who send them to the town like the other villains. Mojo, Kid and Black Star help Bliss respectfully with her situtation. Though she does decide to help out when seeing Destroyahs coming around and she is aware of how dangerous those are.
Joining the trio, they all head off and get back to the crew and they manage to help the others from The Smoking Man, Homelander, Tighten, Dregg, ZIb And Z9 who detain Slade from stopping the plan. However as Slade's men infrom them they have to leave before they are quarantined and stuck in Townsville. Bliss is reluctant to do so regarding her family and her family's friends but she is told that she has to if she wants to save them. Bliss decides to call her family and tell them what's going on.
After escaping, she hears Black Star, Kid and Slade talk to Bender and Anti Cosmo, Bliss sees Marcy and confesses she knows the truth regarding Bender and she knows he is P.I Anglesmith. WHen asked how, Bliss states she put it together when they were at Lizbeth's funeral, who Marcy states that Bender believes is alive and she has been helping. Bliss thinks Marcy and Bender are on the same route as Boomer when it comes to the girl.
Chapter 5[]
Bliss joins Marcy, Celes, Death, Black Star and Slade in going to Wayne Manor to find what Batman knew on Operation Countdown and what else Vought was hiding from the public. As Celes has Slade and Marcy talk among themselves, Bliss and Celes work together and find out that more than just Homelander was behind some of the corruption. The two learn that of the other members' and their corruption.
Bliss isn't so sure about being able to expose them no matter what Slade's Empire and Bender attempt. Celes feels they will as there is almost nothing Bender and Slade's Empire was able to do apart from escape Death and Bender himself dealt with that straight up. Celes and Bliss both do agree that exposing them won't be easy if the others havn't been gathering all the evidence they need.
Tighten, Blackfire and Zib attack them at Wayne Manor and attempt to slience them, and Bliss manages to get Slade's forces info together and makes a realization that CSM is targeting locations of M.O.D.A.B members as Dib's town, Townsville and Gotham are among the areas, his forces have attacked. She then goes after Martian Z-9 to help Slade as he deals with Zib, this to prevent him from being killed by Z-9
Chapter 6[]
Bliss and Slade's crew arrive and meet back with Luan and Harry and later on Bender and co to fight The Black Arms and the rest of Homelander's forces.
Finale[]
Bliss is given Moltres and she uses it to attack The Smoking Man's Galactic Grunts to help in repelling them.Upon Heading to Townsville, Bliss works with Professor Membrane and Agent Dark Bootie to go get M.O.D.A.B's crew out of danger as the others do their one job
Heading to Veilstone City, she keeps her legendary and uses it against the Time Eater and The Primal Verisons of Dialga and Palkia to help the others. Eventually, they manage to get everything done, and she is told to return to her sisters as Slade's empire will take it from here

N.Tropy and his Alternate Self killed her and the vast majority of Team Free Will and threw their bodies at the time bureau to send a message to both Lincoln Loud and Lydia Lopez. Which is what happened with her after leaving.
Trivia[]
- Her name, "Bliss" is actually short for "Blisstina", a parody on the name "Christina".
- She also has four middle names, "Francisca", "Francis", "Mariam" and "Alicia", in that order.
- Bliss' introduction to the team brings a lot of "firsts" to the table. She is the first black Powerpuff girl, the first teenage Powerpuff girl, and also the first Powerpuff girl with an unnatural hair color, hers being electric blue.
- Her signature color is purple, just like that of Bunny's, another "fourth Powerpuff girl" from an episode of the original series, "Twisted Sister".
- Also similar to Bunny, she is significantly taller, and differently shaped than the standard stature of the other three girls, but not to as much of an extent. They are also both unstable, only Bliss emotionally due to years of isolation, and Bunny physically due to being made with the wrong ingredients.
- One difference between Bliss and Bunny is that Bliss was created before her sisters whereas in the original series, Bunny was created by Bliss' sisters' original 1998 counterparts. However, Bunny didn't last long.
- The character is confirmed to be voiced by numerous 15 actresses in various regional airings in her debut but is confirmed to be voiced by South African singer Toya Delazy in the African version and Australian YouTuber Wendy Ayche in the Australian and New Zealand version.
