Black Noir is a darkly-costumed superhero, pilot, and a member of The Seven.
Silent, stealthy, and enigmatic, Black Noir is The Seven’s superpowered ninja. His super strength and heightened senses are matched only by his proficiency in the martial arts. Criminals run in terror at the mere mention of his name. Little is known about this lethal warrior, other than having trained with a master sensei to become the death dealer he is at present. Whatever lies behind Black Noir’s mask is a complete mystery – which only makes him more terrifying.

Black Noir broke into the compound that the heroes will kept under Kubritz and was followed by the Spies Carmen and Juni and participates in the brawl with him being on Lincoln, Lydia and Toby's side to the confusion of the others.
The Team undergoes the opearion breakout and acquire back their pokemon and that they are able to escape with the help of Black Noir who had arrived and fight off the Colonel, Valentia, Chang, Lineus and Vostok
Carmen and Juni assist in this development and eventually arrive and tell the others about what they know on Solider Boy through the president, this causes some uneasy from Noir.
Noticing Black Noir is winscing about the thought Solider Boy, Krel manages to use some tech to allow the group to see into Payback's history with Solider Boy to Black Noir which is rather horrifying to most of them. The heroes sees that Black Noir was disgured horribly by Solider Boy who shoved his face into the hood of car that has been set on fire and melting the left side of his face and watching Solider Boy cave Noir's skull into his own sheild which tore his head open and caused parts of his brain to splatter to the ground. Then Lydia and her friends see Solider Boy brutalize Black Noir for ruining an audition Noir wanted
AAARRRGGHH!! comforts him and Lincoln, Lydia, Toby, Carmen and Juni decide to help him deal with Soldier Boy. In turn, Black Noir decides to help the team deal with the rest of the Cartel and shuts down The Evil Pokemon Teams for them so they can complete their mission.
Lincoln, Lydia, Toby and the gang reunite with Pyrrha and the crew and tell of Noir and Payback and what is going on as they also meet June, Dirk and Quint as well. He was revealed to have been sent by Stan Edgar to deal with Solider Boy's return as it it was revealed and to get help to deal with the situation.
Episode 16[]
Black Noir acts as a cover agent for the team for their investigation as he puzzles what he will do upon learning of his teammates on Payback's death at the hands of Solider Boy
Episode 17[]
Noir discovers how the Payback members were killed by Solider Boy and what occured at the hands of the Cartel and how the heroes he isn't working with struck some kind of deal with him.
He eventually arrives to stop Anton from going after his allies and stops him from shooting the group. Afterwards, Solider Boy arrrives and with the heroes' encouragement, Black Noir fights against Solider Boy and is able to get some retribution against him. Though he is still out of his power level and takes some beating which require Lincoln, Lydia, Pyrrha and Toby to save him which causes Lydia's gauntlets to be damaged
Black Noir writes down on paper when Lincoln, Lydia and Toby ask him about Solider Boy and discover from Noir that Solider Boy's imagine has been overexaggerated and is something of a fraud and tells them that Stan Edgar signed off on this.
Episode 18[]
Noir gets involved in the operation to stop Kubritz from catching Aja, Krel and Vex, though he takes a backseat later on before being told to join up with the gang against Milton Midas.
Act 4[]

Noir joins up with the team in dealing with Judge Holden and is essential to keeping him down against the group allowing them to get away from the sadistic judge's hands. Though when Iron Masked Marrauder, Ein and Arods get involved, Noir is able to tell and just looking at him has the heroes tell he will deal with their mooks while they deal with the Shadow Pokemon they have up their noses.
Episode 20[]
He returns to assist Lincoln, Lydia and Toby's group to chase down Anton as Anton was trying to kill him to keep Solider Boy from completing his Payback agenda
Episode 21[]
This ends up successful as he works to kill Anton despite the protests of the group as they want him just arrested and heavily detained. Though this works anyway when AAARRRGGHH!! accidentally sits on him. With Professor Chang's device still in work, he then helps fully destory it before Solider Boy makes another brutal attempt at his life which he barely escapes with his life. He is brought to saefty so Lincoln, Lydia, Toby, Pyrrha and Jack's team can fight Solider Boty
Episode 23[]
He is brought back to Stan Edgar who oversee his recovery and Noir manages to negoatiate the safety of The Streaming Resistance for saving his life and helping him with Solider Boy. Stan Edgar agrees and will inform his daughter that the kids and the Streaming Resistance will be off limits.
The Bad Guys and The Boys[]
Noir is a member of Kang's group and works to ensure the ressurection of Vought He comes to blows with The Boys and The Bad Guys Respectively as well as the Time Travelers who are all looking into him and his allies respective allies.
Serving as the one of the heaviest hitters, he gives the heroes a lot of trouble and is also capable of putting the hurt on them using his other abililites.
Is it eventually what and who he is to the heroes thanks To The Boys and Bruce investigating him that he was both part of Payback and is a clone of Homelander that was given plastic surgery.
He is fought and eventually killed by the group respectively
