Bill Williamson is a mass murderer and the main character of the low-budget independent Rampage film trilogy, which consists of the first film in 2009, the sequel Capital Punishment in 2014 and the finale President Down released in 2016.
Bill is a psychotic violent Social Darwinist and a political extremist who desires a cutdown on the world's population in order to prevent scarcity of natural resources (food, water, land, energy), and later aspires to implement an anarchist government.
Williamson's first crusade[]
A 23-year-old Williamson began to construct heavy kevlar armor, and armed himself with a Ruger MP9, an HK MP7, a Glock 17, a Beretta 92FS, and a knife. Armed to the teeth, Williamson set out to ravage his hometown. A car bomb was also involved, and he detonated the bomb at the police station. Later, he began to randomly kill civilians, in total, he killed over 90 people. He recorded many videos about his rants, and disappeared the same evening.
2nd crusade[]
Years later, Williamson came out of hiding, ready to kill again. He incinerated his residence, and drove over to a WK7 news station, armed with 2 M4-style carbines. He killed over 100, and disappeared again.
