Bill Andersen is a character from Disney universe. He is the survivor of the terrorist attack, along with his wife and daughter.

Bill made a debut in the story. He became one of the targets of Dark Lord Empire Federational Apocalypse-United Villains led by Kamen Rider Eternal. He and his family got attacked by Uva and Kazari. However, Bill got rescued by Chris Yukine and Naruko Aoba. Later, he helps the heroes to defeat the evil terrorists for good.
