Benjamin Linus is the secondary antagonist of the TV series Lost. He was a long-time resident of the Island and a leader of the Others, as well as a representative for his god-like master Jacob. Though often a calm, sly, and eloquent antagonist, Ben's insecurity and jealousy sometimes brought out a petulant, reckless side.
Bur Ben remained an expert manipulator, a liar and a murderer, and he served as a villain for much of the series; he was the main antagonist of both Seasons 2 and 3, and an anti-villain in later seasons.
Future Warfare[]
Ben Linus debuts as an new ally to Slade and Anti Cosmo who get involved in their and Bender's investigation of two comets that hit close to where they were and learn it's a message from the future where he joins them in investigating the future.
House of Disenchanted Cards[]
Slade brings him in to assist with his war against Underwood and his forces and due to Underwood sealing his empire in a dome. Slade has Ben go looking for his other allies not at his empire so they can deal with Underwood. He assists Slade's empire, Bender and The Boys in bringing down Underwood and hands the personal info he and his allies found for Slade to use.

Book 3: Culmination[]
Slade recruits Ben Linus and other members of his empire to help deal with N.Tropy's plans and has him go to keep an eye on Anti Cosmo now that Slade knows of Andiras's true colors. Linus is able to report what Anti Cosmo and Bender are doing with Anne, Which gives Slade and Harry an idea as they attempt to work out what Sasha herself can be capable of which Linus agrees with. He then acts under Celes Chere to fight off N.Tropy's forces led by Z9 who is attempting to go into endgame against Slade's Empire. After Celes chased off Z9's attempts, he and the rest of Slade's empire meet back up with Slade, Harry, Anti Cosmo, Bender, Sasha, Anne, Sprig, Grime, Luan and Libby to figure how they are going to take to the two forces that they are in conlfict with.
Book 4: Falling Climax[]
Ben Linus helps mastermind Slade's empire's victory over Z9 and N.Trophy's forces so that he and his own investments can be protected from the glimpses of anyone who might be a threat to them all.
