Bellus (ベルス) is a anti hero/anti-villain and sometime as antagonist in Hero of Robots Universe. He is step brother of Wolf Rocky, and the pilot of Cerberus/Crusher Cerberus. His birthday is October 17th (Libra) and his voice in Japanese is Megumi Yusa.

The foreign students of Mebius are actually spies planted by the Poison Dragon Group. He usually shows the appearance of a good student, but his true face is a violent and sinister person, claiming that he has never lost a fight, and has the alias of "rabid dog" in the Poison Dragon Force.
