Princess Belle ("Belle" meaning "beautiful" in French), also known as Queen Belle in Descendants, is the female protagonist of Disney's 1991 film Beauty and the Beast and its 1997 direct-to-video saga midquels The Enchanted Christmas and Belle's Magical World.

She joins forces with Hevenburg to find her missing lover, Adam. She also takes care of the Yugo, which includes as a younger brother. Belle works as a librarian.
