Beheeyem

Beheeyem (Japanese: オーベム Ohbem) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V.

It evolves from Elgyem starting at level 42.

Beheeyem uses psychic power to control an opponent's brain and tamper with its memories. Apparently, it communicates by flashing its three fingers, but those patterns haven't been decoded.
