Baron Praxis was an antagonist featured in Jak II. He was a tyrannical and corrupt autocratic ruler of Haven City who overthrew King Damas, and ruled until his death towards the end of Jak II. He served as the political adversary to the rebel Underground movement, and in correlation as the personal enemy to Jak, being directly responsible for his painful acquisition of dark powers spanning two full years as a subject to the Dark Warrior Program.
In Jak 3, the members of the new Freedom League can be heard saying that they missed the Baron and the days of his rule a few times.

Baron Praxis never officially made and appearance in the US3 spinoff, but he does show up a number of times in flashbacks and in Jak's dreams.
