Barkis Bittern is a character and villain from the Corpse Bride Universe.
He was working for The Joker in his plans for multiuniverse destruction. And also for Joker to use as patsies in case he was trouble. Bittern caused many murders on females by pretending he loved them then he drugged them at the end offscreen he and the other mortal followers were murdered by Bender who learned of Joker's every move and wanted no one to go avenging Joker after Slade Strikes Back
