Baby Luigi is a baby who is Baby Mario's brother. Although he is the baby version of Luigi, he has, on occasion, appeared in games like Mario Kart: Double Dash!! alongside his older self. However, the Mario Kart games and Mario sports games do not have any particular order, being spin-offs of the main series, and are not part of the main storyline of the Marioverse. He first appears with his twin during the events of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, when he and the stork carrying him were captured and held by the evil Magikoopa, Kamek. Fortunatly, they were rescued by Baby Mario (who had escaped abduction) and the heroic Yoshis. Like his older self, Baby Luigi is voiced by Charles Martinet.
