B-Messiah (B·メシア B-Meshia), also known as Baltan Messiah (バルタン·メシア Barutan Meshia) is former villain and currently as main anti-hero/anti-villain in Hero of Robots Universe. He is the pilot of Fallen Angel. He birthday is December 24th (Capricorn). He voice in Japanese is Daisuke Namikawa and Rina Satou for child.
Description[]
The Chancellor of the Holly Baltan Empire has long grey hair and perpetual-smiling face. In the Empire, he is the second only to Emperor Baltan in renown.
He is young brother in law of Distonos, and second in command to Holly Baltan Empire. Despite looks cunning, but he is completely intelligence and ruthless. In his battle against Earth Forces, he is first battling against Ao Haidong later Synomus. But later realizing that Synomus was his spiritual brother, due to his mech counterpart.
After Holly Baltan Empire got fallen, Baltan Messiah made eternal peace with Earth Forces after sealing and assassinated the Holly Emperor Baltan. He saw Wolf Rocky was doing betrayal and rebellion, he decided work together with Earth Federation Force to stop greater threat.

- Jeffero : Jeffero is Baltan Messiah youngest uncle, Baltan Messiah didn't like Jeffero motive and plan due to his separate plan and didn't follow his big brothers same plan. Although, Baltan Messiah did save him.
- Distonos : Distonos is Baltan Messiah big brother in law, he really respect his powers and greedy. Baltan usually close to him, when Distonos was alone.
- Ryo Aohono : Ryo Aoho is Baltan Messiah younger brother, both him and Aohono really respect each other even they got different way now.
- Nimbus : Nimbus is Baltan Messiah young cousin, he and Nimbus usually close together when want to conquer the world. Even though, Nimbus redeem herself and got married. Baltan Messiah still love her, and even protect her kids.
- T-Igor : T-Igor is Baltan Messiah ally, they relationship somewhat uneasy, possibly because T-Igor is didn't get his order too much.
- December : December is Baltan Messiah ally, he is old friend of Distonos and he take his order really well.
- Toros : Toros is Baltan Messiah nephew, he really respect his intelligence even after got redemption.
- La Jeal : La Jeal is Baltan Messiah nephew.
- Ao Haidong : Ao Haidong is Baltan Messiah former enemy/rival, both have different mission on their own. Regardless, they both become ally later for defeating another messiah villain in future.
- Synomus : Synomus is Baltan Messiah spiritual brother and former rival. Baltan Messiah married his young sister later.

Trivia[]
- Baltan Messiah is can't be same character with Dugeon Messiah, despite have messiah back-name. As Baltan, he redeem himself in the end. While, Dugeon is purely evil and can't be redeem.
- Due to Galaxy Epoch Season that take places 15 years after the final battle of Empire, Baltan Messiah current age is 43 years old but stay young. In this season, Baltan Messiah cut his long hair to look short.
- Baltan Messiah is one of few villains who got redemption, Distonos being the first villain who got redemption even though Distonos was actually a good guy in the beginning.
