Aurorus

Aurorus (Japanese: アマルルガ Amaruruga) is a dual-type Rock/Ice Fossil Pokémon introduced in Generation VI.

It evolves from Amaura when leveled up at night starting at level 39, after it is revived from a Sail Fossil.

The diamond-shaped crystals on its body expel air as cold as -240 degrees Fahrenheit, surrounding its enemies and encasing them in ice. Using its diamond-shaped crystals, it can instantly create a wall of ice to block an opponent's attack.

Its name may be a combination of aurora and Amargasaurus.

Ultimate Story

Zelda owns an Aurorus. She first received it as a fossil. She was able to evolve it, but under some strange circumstances.
