Auron is a character from Final Fantasy X. He is an important character and one with very close ties with Tidus and Yuna. He served as one of the guardians of Lord Braska, Yuna's father. His other guardian was Jecht, Tidus' father.
He looked after Tidus after the end of Lord Braska's pilgrimage and brought him to the distant future, or in their cases another dimension. Auron met with the group that Yuna and Tidus traveled with and became another of Yuna's guardians.
After the fall of Jecht and his Final Aeon, he returned to his own dimension, as it was unveiled at Mt. Gagazet that he, Tidus, and Jecht were dreams created by the Fayth.
Ultimate Story[]
Auron made his appearance in Ultimate Story 2. Being that his entire world was destroyed because of the Rifter, the essence of his world and the people that were in it were extracted and brought into The Realm of the Past to preserve it. This included him. He soon became a guardian of the realm after helping out Fox, Misty and Falco near the end of their journey within the realm.
