Astra (aka The General) is the true main villainess from the 2015 television adaptation of Supergirl. She is the evil identical twin sister of Alura Zor-El and the aunt of Kara Zor-El (aka Supergirl).
She is played by Laura Benanti, who also plays Alura Zor-El.
