The Astaroth Empire is a bureaucratic totalitarian one-state government, nefarious, satanist, and corrupt Omniversal faction that rules the Multi-Universe of LOTM: Sword of Kings in alternative timeline as a whole and was founded by Ara Astaroth during the year of Rise of Astaroth Empire in 2037 at the end of World War III in 2037 at Prime Earth and ruled the Prime Earth and the whole omniverse for 2,000 years (2036-4500). The Astaroth Empire, also known as the First Omniverse Empire or the New Omniversal Order—and commonly referred to as the Empire or the Order—was the Dark Empire, absolute monarchy and fascist government that replaced the Balam Alliance in the aftermath of the Universal War III. The Empire was formed after the end of WWIII and had Leohart's Cult as its main supporter.

Rising to power in the final years of the World War III, the Pure-Blooded Devil Ara Astaroth gradually secured the government of United States under her control through the persona of Tom Bucky, the current American President at that time and was the last President of the American Republic. Through her machinations as both Ara and Tom Bucky, the Devil were restored to a position of dominance amidst the fall of the KnightWalker Alliance and the marginalization of the Stabilization Union (SU). With SU under her control, The Fallen's Essence lost control of his plans was finished off by Ara, leading Lusamine to her demise and the end of Novosic Kingdom, Godom Empire, North Korea and New Union Sovietic. With the victory of SU, Ara revealed herself to the world and controlled it for more than 30 years, during that time, she wiped out all religions and put Aranism as the main religion of the world, without the guardians of peace and justice to oppose her, Ara brought an end to million years of mortal politics ; in its place she installed the absolute rule of herself as World Empress. For over two decades, opposition to the Imperial regime was ruthlessly suppressed by the rapidly expanding armed forces of the Astaroth Empire. Throughout most of the Astaroth Empire's existence, the Global Pact Defense stood within the Astaroth Empire as the last surviving symbol of the old mankind and tried to stop Ara's malicious intentions.

However, the growing resentment to Astaroth Imperial rule gradually led to the rise of various resistance movements that ultimately culminated in the formation of the Alliance which was formed by people who wanted the Republic, Democracy, Law and Religious Freedom back to their world. The Alliance started on Earth but quickly reach the ears of other worlds and formed an massive rebel alliance (in this alternative future, the Alliance replaced the Alliance of Freedom and Astaroth Empire replaced the Balam Alliance as a whole). In 1300 years, Ara managed to defeat the Balam Alliance and overthrowing her father, Leohart the Prince of Hell. Having defeated her father and conquered Hell for herself, she proceeded to kill Darth Hades and banish The Fallen to another reality where he will be exiled forever (as the Fallen himself is immortal). With this, Ara managed to destroy the Balam Alliance from inside in a matter of time. It took not so long for countless other factions like Reality Council, Multi-Universe Defense Forces and New Conglomerate be destroyed as well by the immense army of Ara and her Sin Archbishops that quickly spread chaos and terror for countless worlds. 10 years later, Ara managed to invade Paradise and defeated her nemesis, Spectr, using her Anti-Christ form and killing him by erasing him from reality. 

At the end everything, Ara was praised like a Goddess and the religion of Satanism became Aranism. One of Ara's first order as her New Goddess was the total destruction of Law to create a Multi-Universe without rules, restriction or laws to force the co-existence of demons with mortals from all species, worlds and universes. With this, Ara ruled over the Multi-Universe for 2 millennia and did something that no one managed to do; Rule the Multi-Universe. The remnants of Sith Empire and DEM Empire joined her cause, including people like Aryana Westcott and Abyss Zurg. Throughout the Omniversal Civil War, Imperial and Alliance forces fought across the universe in a conflict that culminated in the deaths of trillion, bringing more carnage to Ara's ideal world.

Ara's center of power; Imperial Intelligence

Astaroth Empire is the name given to the Omniversal-wide empire from Triggers Hell when was governed by a dictatorship under the control of Astaroth Empire and the Revelation of Qliphoth. Under Ara's rule, Triggers Hell was transformed into a totalitarian state (which didn't adopt any political types) in which the Astaroth Empire controlled nearly all aspects of life. Ara was appointed as the Empress by the Hell Lords soon after the defeat of Leohart the Prince of Hell. The Revelation of Qliphoth then began to eliminate all political opposition and consolidate its power. An Omniversal referendum held 4 years after Leohart's death confirmed Ara as sole Naozahl ("Empress" in demon language) of Triggers Hell. All power was centralized in Ara's person, and her word became above all laws. The government was not a coordinated, co-operating body, but a collection of factions struggling for power and Ara's favor. In the midst of the Terrafication (the period of Rise of Qliphoth era), the Astaroth Empire restored economic stability and ended mass unemployment using heavy military spending and a mixed economy. Extensive public works were undertaken, including the construction of Autobahnen (motorways). The return to economic stability boosted the regime's popularity among the demonkind.

Astaroth Empire officially describes itself as a self-reliant "Stalinist" state using a few traces of socialism in their economy. However, in truth it's regard as a totalitarian dictatorship with fascism at heart, putting military matters above everything. The Astaroth Family led by a member of the ruling family, holds power in the state. The means of production are owned by the state through state-run enterprises like Astaroth Heavy Industries and collectivized farms. Most services such as healthcare, education, housing and food production are subsidized or state-funded. Because of Ara's tyrannical rule, she keeps most of the rebel races who refused the co-existence between mortals and demons suffering in famine and twist the route of the funds to the army, this resulted in the deaths of between 8,000,000 and 34,000,000 people. Astaroth Empire follows Songun, or "military-first" policy. It is the empire with the highest number of military and paramilitary personnel, with a total of 530 sixtillion active, reserve, and paramilitary personnel, even more than the fascist DEM Empire and Zoyineian-Sith Empire.

Government

The head of the empire was the Supreme Overlord, Goddess, Queen and Leader, Ara Astaroth, who was aided by the Great Council, which consisted of the heads of the four castes. The Warmaster, High Prefect, and Most High Priest were known to sit on the Council, all of them were chosen by Ara Astaroth and acted as her Sub-Leaders.

In the event of a leader's death, there was typically an heir present who would ascend to the leadership of the deceased leader from the empire. Amongst their politics, it was considered a duty to punish insubordination of lower ranking individuals. In fact, it was expected that a newly risen leader typically killed their predecessors.

Local planets were ruled by the Intendant caste with Prefects administering the worlds under their command. However, a few systems were known to have been granted to select Domains. The members of the Priest caste were noted for managing ceremonies and ensure the loyalty of the masses.

Despite their organization, there are only TWO places in the whole omniverse that is ruled with fair hands and are more organized. While the rest of the omniverse is used as "playground of hell" by demons, devils, monsters, psychopaths and insane tyrants, the Prime Earth and Nibiru, are the only two planets that serve as the base of Astaroth Empire and so they are very organized and controlled as they are the capitals of the empire and serve as the main HQ of Ara, where her followers go to offer tributes, built temples and even make sacrifices for her. Any crime inside of the Prime Earth and Nibiru is forbidden and is immediately tortured and executed for breaking the ONLY law inside of the Astaroth Empire.

• Most graduates from the compulsory program do not attend university but begin their obligatory military service or proceed to work in farms or factories instead. The main deficiencies of higher education are the heavy presence of ideological subjects, which comprise 50% of courses in social studies and 20% in sciences, and the imbalances in curriculum. The study of natural sciences is greatly emphasized while social sciences are neglected. Heuristics is actively applied to develop the independence and creativity of students throughout the system.
• The Astaroth Empire's military, Eclipse, has 288,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 active and an infinite numbers of reserve and paramilitary troops, making it the largest military institution in the history of the Multi-Universe. About 20 percent of mortals aged 17–54 serve in the regular armed forces, and approximately one in every 25 citizens is an enlisted soldier. The Eclipse has five branches: Ground Force, Navy, Air Force, Special Operations Force, and Rocket Force.
• Astaroth Empire is perhaps the worst human rights record in the omniverse, even more than Deus.Ex.Machina Industries Empire. Astaroth's civilians have been referred to as "some of the world's most brutalized people", because of the severe restrictions placed on their political and economic freedoms. The Astaroth Empire population is strictly managed by the state and all aspects of daily life are subordinated to party and state planning. 
• The Imperial Intelligence extra-judicially apprehends and imprisons those accused of political crimes without due process. People perceived as hostile to the government, such as Christians or critics of the leadership, are deported to labor camps without trial, often with their whole family and mostly without any chance of being released.
• The Astaroth military before and during its regime committed numerous atrocities against civilian and military personnel. Large scale massacres, rapes, and looting against civilians were committed and the use of around 3,000,000,000 "comfort women", who were forced to serve as prostitutes for the military.
• The Empire frequently used chemical weapons. Because of fear of retaliation, however, those weapons were never used against Gods, but against other mortals judged "inferior" by imperial propaganda. 

Religion

Most religious belief is based upon information received from an outside source that cannot be verified, sometimes known as hearsay. Millions will follow the commandments of a religious text without ever having spoken to its author, and billions will believe in a deity because of miracles they were told of by someone who wasn’t even present nor alive at the time.

Following this concept, Astaroth Empire has many religions with one central Goddess above all of them, who is Ara Astaroth.

In the Astaroth Empire, the most notables demon entities of the past like Satan, Baphomet and even Leohart became symbol of salvation as long they swore their souls and live to Ara Astaroth's church that is known as Yuu Vong Church lead by Roland Cox. The only Temple of Yuu Vong is located in Nibiru and is said to have the same size of New York city with most of its building made of skulls of Christians. Inside of the temple, people who follow Ara and other Gods have satanic rituals and aranic rituals in order to gain powers from darkness in exchange of their insanity as well a sacrificing animals by drinking their blood and brutally burning "heretics" (Catholics, protestants, Jews etc...) in stakes after impaling them with long sticks right through their anus.

In some cases, cultists will often try to have a baby using Ara's Blackness by injecting the black element in their genitals only to have a deformed baby with two heads, with a twin born inside of the one of the other's body, without limbs and even without mouth.

The rituals also has the use of drugs to make them "feel" better while cutting themselves with knifes and putting needles on their fingers to share the pain of Ara Astaroth. In more brutal cases, female cultists will capture virgin women, Catholics, in special, and take baths with their blood as a part of their ritual to have eternal beauty while drinking it, an insane ritual inspired in Elizabeth Bathory's brutal murders.

In Yuu Vong Church, following Gods of Light is considered heresy and the person slowly tortured and killed as Ara believes the flesh of Light's Followers is rotten and will kill beings of darkness if eaten. So priests and nuns are killed by having their limbs ripped off inside of pentagrams to sell their souls to Astaroth so she can judge them. Legends say Ara can bring people back to live in the bodies of spiritual demons to torment living beings.

During Astaroth Era, the Yuu Vong was considered the most feared organization inside of the empire because of its brutality that not even the Black Army, Black Mages and the Inquisitors were able to do such atrocities.

• In spite of being fully erased due to the Katarina's efforts to destroy Ara and changed the past, some of the elements and characters of Astaroth Empire, as well as the dystopia timeline it represents, would eventually resurface in the new timeline of LOTM: Star Spangled Crown, including Future Gregory Grape, the Mask of Astaroth and Future Maria, mainly because of Michael, who merged with his Future Counterpart and the memories connected to the Astaroth Future so that he could use it to bring them back once again.
