Armstrong is a villain from Ducktales.
He is voiced by Peter Cullen.
Armstrong is a robot created by Gyro Gearloose to do pretty much anything. He proved very efficient at first, but he later goes rampant and takes Scrooge McDuck and Gyro hostage. He also takes control of everything electronic using communication systems at Gyro's home. He meets his end when Launchpad accidentally opens a water tank, in which water falls on Armstrong, causing him to short-circuit and fall apart.
Armstrong has a cameo in the 2017 reboot, with only his head remaining.
