The Archangel was born in the city of Velikie Luki in Russia in the 70s. He was one of the best KGB agents and, on his own, liquidated many who disagreed with the regime. He was killed in Romania, and his brain was transported to the secret repository of the GNE. Hondao used him to create new conflicts in Eastern Europe.
