Following the death of Dr. Kenmi, Arakune remained alive and well. Suddenly, she challenged Leviathan, Barney, Kirika Akatsuki, and Shirabe Tsukuyomi to a final fight. Arakune met her end when Leviathan froze her arms and legs; while Kamen Rider Kabuto ripped her heart out.
