Annabelle is the lead angel that welcomes dogs to Heaven.
She is the big good throughout the franchise except that there is an even bigger good in "Charlie's Angle" and "He Barked, She Barked," which happened to be a male named Chief(whose face is never seen). In All Dogs Go to Heaven, where she isn't named, only known as "Whippet Angel," she welcomes Charlie B. Barkin (twice) and, eventually, Carface Caruthers to Heaven. In All Dogs go to Heaven 2, where she is finally named, she makes her appearance in the sequel film bearing full attire of the lead angel. She also welcomes Itchyinto Heaven during the second film. She has an evil cousin named Belladonna in the TV series and the third film.
Personality[]
She is not known as "Annabelle" until the second film. She is a whippet breed and is known to be compassionate, empathetic and gracefully spoken. She gets forceful when she feels her kindness is taken for weakness, but still maintains her compassionate disposition even being forceful. It appears she has studied dancing (according to Charlie's observation of her breed not typically not having much rhythm).
