Angela Fairweather (commonly called Miss Fairweather, and later Angela Rawlings) is a character from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue and Power Rangers Time Force.
She is portrayed by Monica Louwerens.
Miss Fairweather is the lead scientist of Operation Lightspeed, second-in-command to Captain William Mitchell, creator of the technology and powers used by the Lightspeed Rangers, and love interest and, eventually, the wife of Joel Rawlings, the Green Lightspeed Ranger. At first, she seemed uninterested in Joel, but she later admits she was interested in dating him. She created the zords, morphers, and weapons for the Rangers. She eventually marries Joel, shown in Power Rangers Time Force, but is still able to put her happiness aside for the sake of both the Lightspeed and Time Force Rangers when Vypra teams up with Ransik.

Although she didn't appear, Fairweather was contacted by an Order of the Just agent working with her when the agent was compromised by Father. The agent refered to her as Mrs. Rawlings due to her marrage to Joel.
