Andrew Hartford is a character from Power Rangers Operation Overdrive.
He is portrayed by Rod Lousich.
Andrew is an archaeologist, billionaire, inventor, and industrialist who created the powers of the Operation Overdrive Power Ranger team, in which he originally planned to serve as the Red Overdrive Ranger, but his son, Mack Hartford, accidentally gets involved. Afraid of losing his son, Andrew did not allow Mack to join at first. However, after a few bad run-ins with those seeking to take the Crown of the Gods, he saw Mack as a better candidate for Red Ranger.
It is later revealed that Andrew built Mack as he was unable to meet the right woman due to his work and therefor chose to make himself a son. After being suggested by Sentinel Knight to place the Corona Aurora on Mack's head (after Mack ended up shutting down due to using all of his power to destroy Flurious), Mack was resurrected, this time reborn as flesh and blood. Andrew is now accompanied by his now fully human son on his adventures.

Andrew is a member of the Multi-Universal United Government, which he joined a few years after Princess Celestia's death.
