The All Jokers, also known as the Jokers, was a French paramilitary terrorist organization that wanted the United States of America to pay for what they considered unreasonable and a threat to society after the U.S. tried to assist with the growing conflict between the KnightWalker Family and the Asia nations during the Cold War II, which took place after the destruction of Fiore Kingdom by the hands of Eckidina KnightWalker. They are a supporting antagonistic faction to LOTM: Sword of Kings.
Background[]
The organization was conceived sometime during the twenty-first century and how it managed to enter the shores of the United States is still unbeknownst. Whether the various militia that made up the countless legions of KnightWalker soldiers were either former soldiers of the KnightWalker Family's army, terrorists or a mixture of both is up for debate.
The All Jokers are former normal civilians who lost everything they loved during the Cold War II, where the US instigated conflicts between the KnightWalker Family and Asia countries. While some people joined the KnightWalker Funeral Parlor to take down the KnightWalker Family, whom they blamed for the beginning of the war while some people joined an original terrorist organization known as All Jokers to fight alongside KnightWalker Family as they believed US to have started the war indirectly. After many years, the news of USA instigating the conflict to increase their economy forced the All Jokers to become even more extremist, which lead them to attack Liberty City alongside the KnightWalker's Army in LOTM: Sword of Kings Spin-Off - Rise of the Blue Haired Heroine's timeline.

- Brought uranium enrichment technology from Pakistan to France years before back in 2012.
- Were responsible for the 2015 bombing of the British Embassy in Seoul.
- Were responsible for a hostage crisis in Berlin back in 2022.
- Murdered several civilians, White House security personal and Secret Service agents (including Agent Roma) using a North Korean commando army, AC-130 attack aircraft and two armored garbage trucks equipped with gun turrets during the beginning of World War III.
- Killed and murdered thousands of civilian and soldiers in Liberty City War.
- Attempted to cause and expand numerous casualties by setting off nuclear ICBM silos around the country of Chronos Empire with the support of Zhou Xiuying with the activation of the Cerberus fail-safe device.
