Kenjou Akira (剣城あきら Kenjō Akira?) is one of the six main Cures in KiraKira☆Pretty Cure A La Mode who is a second year high school student. She is gentle and has a strong sense of justice like a "dog".
Akira's alter ego is Cure Chocolat (キュアショコラ Kyua Shokora?), the Pretty Cure of strength and love, and she is based off chocolates and dogs.
Her catchphrases are "Are you okay?" (「大丈夫？」 "Daijōbu?"?) and "There there" (「よしよし」 "Yoshi yoshi"?).
Chronicle of the Great New Empire[]
Akira is close friends with Kate and Henry. Kate is a role model for her (like "Nikki Heat" from the books of Richard Castle), and Henry is a younger brother, on a par with her sister. Akira is one of the associates of the forces of Heavenburg, as well as a brilliant pastry chef. Because she looks like a young man, girls sometimes fall in love with her without knowing it. Akira doesn't even dissuade them... Kate and Henry call her "Prince".
