Agent Darkbootie is the most often-seen member of The Swollen Eyeball Network (aside from Dib), and one of the few agents who want to give Agent Mothman a chance to prove himself to their organization, and did so in "Battle-Dib". However, Darkbootie was upset with him when Mothman called him in "Zim Eats Waffles" and apparently was trying to play a joke. In "Battle of the Planets", it's revealed that Agent Darkbootie is actually a janitor at NASAPlace.
Agent Darkbootie is most likely (though it's never expressly stated) the leader of the Swollen Eyeball Network. Despite being a janitor, he has impressive engineering skills (having repaired an old rocket NASA once used to shoot monkeys into space), and while he expressed disdain or annoyance regarding Dib's attempts at exposing Zim, he offers occasional assistance. The only notable time was in "Battle of the Planets", when he said the only other planet with built-in rockets had to be Mercury.
Agent Darkbootie is voiced by John de Lancie, who played the all-powerful Q in Star Trek: The Next Generation. When not appearing in silhouette, Darkbootie has a far less inimidating voice, provided by Fred Tatasciore.
Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 3[]
Bender, Anti Cosmo, Sid, Libby, Lisa, Jessie, Wile E, Starlight and Vee notice a transmission from The Swollen Eyeball Network at Dib's Laptop. Wile E and Lisa manage to get it and it turns to be from Agent Darkbootie the head who was looking for Agent Mothman who Bender knows is Dib. Agent Darkbootie called to inform that Dib was right about The Irkens and all that and that he and The Swolllen Eyeball Network wants to help Dib with this.
Agent Darkbootie questions Bender about Dib, and Bender states he hung up the towel like his other friends and that Bender is the only one playing operative here. Darkbottie asks Bender about his connections to Dib and Bender states that they were chased by Irkens and he knew about them since metting. him.
Agent Darkbootie tells Bender, Sid, Libby, Lisa and Anti Cosmo that he will meet them with the rest of the agents and they will work on out to deal with The Irkens. Libby agrees and shuts it off.
Libby, Sid, Lisa, Vee, Wile E Coyote and Jessie Wells acquire some of Membrane's tech and Jessie uses her speed to run the crew to wher Darkboothie wants to meet the 6 and they arrive though they are all sickish from the run which Jessie apologizes for. The Swollen Eyeball Network arrive and greet them and ask where the robot is. Libby states The Smoking Man showed up and has Bender, Anti Cosmo and Membrane arrested intend to be killed.
Agnet Darkboothe saw this coming as they found out and he worked on a plan to get them out. Libby asks about The Swollen Eyeball Network and what they're doing here.
Wile E asks if they can fix their ship as well as he refues to get a new one, The Society conisders Wile E's request and think maybe on going for it.
Sid, Vee and Jessie Conisder trying to figure out some way to bring down these many threats, Though Libby specify wants to work with The Swollen Eyeball Network itself due to their unqiue love of paranomal stuff.
He disguises himeslf as a janitor at the death excution camp the others are kept in and calls Bender, Anti Cosmo, Ren, Scratch and Starlight hear the Janitor calling out , he was keeping a track as well of everything. He offers them a way to get out, Bender states they have been working on a way, but they'll take his help.
Agent Darkboothe hears what they planned and decides to add his own ideas to all of this
Anti Cosmo, Bender, Professor Membrane, Starlight, Carmilta, The Resisty, Ren, Scratch and even Killian, Steelbeak, The Miller Family and The Ys all decide to wait for the right moment to attack and once guards do manage to get their backs. They all attack the Guards with Agent Darkboothe's orders for them all.
Darkboothe manages to help The Reisisty get their ship back and he goes so far to help them drive into the prison and everyone escapes as Makarov, Blackfire, Zib and THe Smoking Man blow up the prison killing the latter's allies.
Wile E, Jessie, Sid, Lisa, Vee and Libby all with Darkboothe's allies are continuing their attempts to fight and take out the Martians they CSM sent after them. This is when The Resisty shows up with Bender, Anti Cosmo, Carmilta, Ren, Scratch, Starlight, Professor Membrane and Agent Darkboothe and all of them manage to basically force the Martians to back off as Libby uses old country music to basically kill the Martians.
This baffles them as The Martians retreat realziing the human has found their weakness though plenty are still killed by Bender, Anti Cosmo, Libby, Sid, Lisa, Wile E, Vee, Carmilta, Professor Membrane, The Reissity, Agnet Darkboothe and his men and Starlight. This is when Scratch and Jessie decide to get The Reisisty's ship to get the rest picked up.
Agent Darkboothe instates Libby as a member of the Network out of being impressed with Libby's gumption, he asks to be beamed back to his base and he will continue to look into things for them.
Bender asks about what he talked about with, Darkboothe tells Bender that once this is all done they will credit Agent Mothman for being ahead of all this.
Chapter 4[]
Agnet Darkbootie figures out what exactly happened to the Almighty Tallest and reports to Bender, Anti Cosmo, Starlight, Wile E, Sid, Lisa, Libby, Jessie Wells, Ren, Camilla and Vee about the event. When asked, he clearly doesn't have any idea on this, but does feel someone was trying to kill them themselves as will and succeeded
Despite he warns that the Irkens are still a problem and it might be wise to keep an eye on and whoever attempts to lead them now a days and he advises Libby to keep an eye on anything and report to him what she hears next.
Once everything was pretty much dealt with. Libby alongside Bender and Anti Cosmo tell Agent Darkbootie about the events in Arlen and what they came across with Homelander and the otehrs. Darkbottie looks into Vought and The Operation Countdown protocol and that space and time distortion is part of The Smoking Man's plans and that countering it with an approach of their own might be benefitable.
Chapter 5[]
Darkbootie informs The group about Zib and what he's up with the Time Eater, as Darkbottie saw Zib doing so during a steakout with the Society. He warns them about what he also found out as well on them and asks Libby for a full report when it comes to the Pokemon of the region, the legendaries and presumably the UNown.
Chapter 6[]
Libby hands him what she has found so they can continue on to work against Vought.
Finale[]
He, Professor Membrane and Bliss go to Townsville and decide to save Dib and the others while Bender and Slade's empire hold off the invading threats so he can tell Dib that he wants to give him the credit for being the first to recognize the threat of the Irkens and that The Swollen Eyeball Network recognize him as a hero.
After saving Agent Mothman (Dib) and his friends, Darkbootie joins Hughie and Benny in being the plaintiff for exposing VoughtThough a very tough case, They manage to win the case and they establish the new grounds for Vought.
After the Smoking Man and Homelander's defeat, He tells Libby, Luan and Bender that he settled in court and gave Dib the credit like agreed. He asks if Dib should know Bender seeked Darkbottie and his father, and he states in due time but it's best they don't know as they wouldn't believe him.
