Admiral Han'Gerral vas Neema is a member of the quarian Admiralty Board and Tali's former commanding officer. He is known for causing some trouble along the quarian border for a number of years.
He is all for reclaiming the home world, has mentioned that he has the largest fleet in the galaxy, and yet just rides around doing nothing.
He is in command of the Neema, a ship that Tali was part of but her ship name was stripped, stating that she was no longer Tali'Zorah vas Neema and was changed to Tali'Zorah vas Normandy, a choice that she was clearly unhappy about.
He dislikes Admiral Zaal'Koris vas Qwib Qwib as he is the one who labeled him a "whining suit-wetter" (which shouldn't be too much of a problem considering that their suits were undeniably built for such). He sympathizes with Tali during the trial since he has worked with her before, so he does know her well.
